Extinguisher systems and extinghisher agents

CNPP’s teams are also able to assess any type of fixed or mobile extinguisher system.

For a fixed installation assessment to be considered complete, it must include:

• the component assessment,
• the laboratory assessment of the system’s efficiency,
• the on-site facilities assessment according to APSAD rules or other references.

The system assessment must correspond strictly with the risk under consideration.

The assessment may be performed:

• within the product or system certification process,
• for the benefit of a user or project manager.

Areas covered:

• Extinguisher agents assessment,
• Assessment of extinguisher technology such as sprinklers, water-mist, automatic foam extinguishers, automatic gas extinguishers,
• Facility compliance assessment.

CNPP can also lead study and research programs aimed at defining the functions of innovative technology or applications.
