Safes and banking systems
CNPP teams can also carry out tests on all types of safes and automatic banking machines, such as:
- household safes, safes for commercial use, bank safes;
- automatic banking machines, cash dispensers, bank note neutralisation systems;
- strongrooms, strongroom doors.
The following European standard references are used: EN 14450 EN 1143-1, EN 1143-2 and EN 1300, as well as CNPP technical references: T71-1, T71-2, T71-3, T71-4 and T71-5.
Tests are performed both on the safes and the safe locks (both mechanical and electronic).
For tests carried out in accordance with European standards, tests performed by CNPP may benefit from signed mutual agreements for safes in the EFSG, with the most important certifiers and laboratories in Europe (CNPP, VdS, ESSA, SBSC, SSF, ICIM and IG). There is a similar agreement for safe locks with CNPP, VdS, ESSA, SBSC, SSF, ICIM and IG.
