CNPP Electromagnetic Environment Laboratory can offer you top rate technical equipment with its experience of over 10 years in the electromagnetic compatibility testing sector (immunity and emission) and its COFRAC accreditation (immunity: see accreditation No. 1-0064, available at www.cofrac.fr):

• A Faraday cage, shielded for up to 18 GHz and big enough to hold large products of up to 2.5m high and 1.5m wide and up to 500kg in weight;
• All types of fluid inputs: single-phase current, three-phase current, water, compressed air etc. ;
• 50 lines of communication to test ancillary devices;
• Video monitoring, so that clients can follow the tests.

CNPP electromagnetic environment laboratory experts will analyse your needs and advise you on which applicable references to choose within the framework of the EC/EMC 2004/108/EC directive, the EC/CPD Construction Product Directive, product certifications, for your qualification needs or according to your products' own specifications, whatever the field of application and these experts will implement the following tests and related procedures:

• Immunity tests:

• Radiated electromagnetic fields of up to 3GHz - the upper limit of the field: 50 V/m at 3m, 200 V/m at 1m on the mass plan;
• Slow high energy voltage surges up to 7KV for pulses of 1,2μs/50μs and 10μs/700μs;
• Fast transient burst up to 4KV;
• Induced fields and BCI;
• Electrostatic discharge up to 30KV;
• Main supply voltage dips and short interruptions.

• Emission measurements

• Conducted and radiated emission up to 13GHz;
• Clicks, flickers, harmonics.
