CNPP test laboratories offer you the benefit of first rate technical equipment based on their wealth of experience with over 20 years of mechanical product tests, in the safety sector:

• 3-axis vibrations equipment (610 x 610mm horizontal table) producing 11,700 Newtons for an upper acceleration limit of 60g covering a frequency range of 3 to 3,000Hz, to check equipment of up to 270kg (for 3 axis),
• Spring hammer,
• Swing hammer.

CNPP laboratory experts will analyse your needs and advise you on which reference to choose within the context of product certification (CE/DPC, NF etc.), for your qualification needs, or in accordance with your products’ own specifications, irrespective of the field of application. These experts will implement the following tests and related procedures:

• sinusoidal, random vibrations,
• shocks (half sine, triangular etc.),
• bumps,
• impact (calculating the mechanical strength value up to IK10).
