Unlike intra-company, which bases itself on an existing training course and adapts it to the company's needs , CNPP's training engineering service starts from a blank page and organises its work around your needs.
The first phase of training engineering therefore consists of a made to measure assessment of your needs. It starts with us understanding the context in which your company is developing. Based on this context, we will study the targets, the functions and the aims of the department concerned and well as its employees. We then measure the difference between the current situation and the situation you want to achieve in the future. With this difference, we will be able to turn the needs into skills and study the various solutions to meet these needs: consultancy, training or coaching, which will help us draw up the targets you expect from an approach which involves training amongst many other elements.
The second phase of training engineering consists in defining the specifications for the training course. Based on the need for training, we will define the educational targets, the length of the training course and each educational sequence, the educational methods best suited to each target, the necessary educational and material means, the most appropriate evaluation methods and tools and the measures required for post-training monitoring (e-learning, technical documentation, coaching, etc.).
The third phase consists in creating the deliverables, i.e. educational scenarios, course materials, slide shows, case studies, fieldwork, educational games, the trainer’s handbook, and choosing and training up trainers.
This training engineering service is based on CNPP’s many resources and is organised alongside the teams of the audit and consultancy department or with CNPP’s fire and environment laboratory.
