We make every effort to ensure the services we provide are satisfactory in every way and fully correspond to our offer, and undertake to comply with the agreed levels of skill involved.
If however, you are not fully satisfied with any one of our services:
(such as tests, audits, technical assistance, etc.)
  1. Please send your complaint in writing to the department concerned, indicating the sales reference
  2. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt
  3. We then proceed to analyse your complaint and assess its admissibility
  4. If your complaint is admissible, we analyse its causes and determine the actions and measures to be taken
  5. You are informed of that response within the shortest possible time.
