Sales of eBooks are subject to these General Terms and Conditions and the following Special Terms and Conditions:
Special Terms and Conditions applicable to CNPP Editions eBooks
Ticking the box "I have read and accept the general terms and conditions of sale" present on the order form indicates that you fully accept these general sales conditions and special terms and conditions. The specific features of each eBook are listed on the product detail page. These features include: the file format, the number of printable pages, the number of "copy and paste" operations, the technical environment required, the degree or type of protection and the eBook’s authorized use.
Your attention is drawn to the fact that CNPP Editions eBooks delivered after being ordered on this site are, unless otherwise specified, protected against copying by devices called "technical protection measures" or "Digital Rights Management systems" (DRM). Downloading CNPP Editions eBooks requires prior installation of the (free) Adobe Digital Editions reader software. When Adobe Digital Editions is first run, you will be prompted to activate the program on the computer. It is necessary to create an Adobe ID that allows you to facilitate the transfer between several peripherals. Any digital book you purchase will be automatically linked to your Adobe ID, not to your computer. On the date of publication, these protection devices are incompatible with certain IT environments, the Linux and Unix environments in particular.
Furthermore, purchases of eBooks are deemed firm and definitive and cannot give rise to any exchange or refund. You are reminded that the seven-day withdrawal period to which you are entitled by Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code of Law is not applicable to the present service since we have accepted and processed your order by sending you the download link.
CNPP Editions cannot be held responsible for the loss of, or damage to your protected files. You are solely responsible for the longevity of your eBooks. We therefore advise you to back up your files on a hard drive in case of loss, damage or a change in computers or terminals.
CNPP Editions eBooks are only for private use. Any and all forms of reproduction, representation or collective public use of same are prohibited and the perpetrator is liable to prosecution under the provisions of the Code of intellectual property.
