The CNPP Group is composed of several entities, primarily:

  • CNPP Association: consolidates all the legal structures of the group.
  • CNPP Entreprise: manages activities related to Consulting & Training, Testing & Inspection, Publishing & Media.
  • CNPP Cert.: oversees certification activities.

Governance at CNPP operates on two levels:

  1. CNPP Association relies on:
    • board, a board of directors, and a strategic committee.
  2. General Management relies on:
    • An executive committee and an operational committee.

Historically, CNPP Association is composed mainly of members from the insurance sector.
The board of directors, chaired by a non-executive president, represents a significant part of CNPP’s ecosystem.
Its mission is to ensure that CNPP fulfills its purpose and social objectives, validates the strategy, and oversees the group’s proper management.
