Governance & Ecosystem
The CNPP Group is composed of several entities, primarily:
- CNPP Association: consolidates all the legal structures of the group.
- CNPP Entreprise: manages activities related to Consulting & Training, Testing & Inspection, Publishing & Media.
- CNPP Cert.: oversees certification activities.
Governance at CNPP operates on two levels:
- CNPP Association relies on:
- A board, a board of directors, and a strategic committee.
- General Management relies on:
- An executive committee and an operational committee.
CNPP Association
Historically, CNPP Association is composed mainly of members from the insurance sector.
The board of directors, chaired by a non-executive president, represents a significant part of CNPP’s ecosystem.
Its mission is to ensure that CNPP fulfills its purpose and social objectives, validates the strategy, and oversees the group’s proper management.

The trade name of the French Insurance Federation, representing 248 insurance and reinsurance companies, covering 99% of the market governed by the Insurance Code.
It plays an active role in public debate and is a key interlocutor for public authorities, administrations, and media on topics related to insurance, both in France and internationally.
