Are you dissatisfied with a product, service, individual, or organization certified by CNPP Cert.?
Please submit your dissatisfaction in writing. This will be subject to an admissibility assessment, and you will be informed of its outcome. If the dissatisfaction is deemed admissible, actions will be initiated with the certified entity to ensure it implements corrective measures.
Do you hold a certification issued by CNPP Cert.?
If you are a product manufacturer, a company, or a certified individual and you are dissatisfied with our services, please submit your complaint in writing. This will be subject to an admissibility assessment. If the complaint is deemed admissible, we will promptly implement the necessary corrective actions, and you will be informed.
Do you wish to appeal a certification decision?
Please submit your appeal in writing in accordance with the applicable certification standard.
